Surrounded by rolling hills on Antonella’s farm near Brindisi, you will take part in a mini olive oil tasting course during which you will be explained the tasting technique and given some indications to be able to recognise the different types of oil olive. You will have the opportunity to taste five types of oils produced by your host, served naturally with bruschetta.
Antonella and her team will talk you through this magnificent product all during your olive oil tasting experience and they will also describe how much love and care is behind a bottle of olive oil. You will learn to appreciate a typical product of this region and a real flagship of agriculture in Puglia and southern Italy. Antonella’s farm also houses a farm shop where you will have the opportunity to buy her homemade products made on the farm including olive oil.
