You’ll breath in an authentic pasta making experience in the heart of Puglia as you’ll learn the unique and important skills of preparing pasta such as orecchiette, macaroni and other pasta shapes unique to their dishes. With all ingredients being sourced and produced locally including on the farm, you’ll learn first-hand the best recipes. During this experience you will savour, with a vegetarian menu, the prepared pasta, naturally accompanied by a glass of local wine and the beautiful landscape of Puglia.
You’ll experience the regional traditions of everyday Italy with Antonella and her team as they unpack the culinary secrets of pasta making in Puglia. This will be a food adventure not expected but most welcome.
This experience lasts 3 hours, from 9.30 to 12.30, and takes place every Tuesday and Wednesday, near Brindisi and Ostuni.
