Unendo il fascino vintage al comfort moderno, gli interni presentano una deliziosa fusione di arredi d'epoca e mobili contemporanei.
Il vero punto forte è il suo spazioso soggiorno, dove gli ospiti possono riunirsi intorno al grande tavolo da pranzo o rilassarsi sul divano ad angolo di fronte la TV. Questo spazio living ospita la deliziosa cucina, attrezzata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno memorabile in questa città del sud Italia, che tu sia qui per una breve vacanza o per un periodo più prolungato.
Casa delle Volte può accogliere fino a cinque ospiti, ideale per coppie o per famiglie. L’accogliente camera matrimoniale offre ampio spazio ed è predisposta ad accogliere un ulteriore letto singolo, mentre la stanza adiacente offre la flessibilità di avere due letti singoli o un matrimoniale. Il bagno offre una comodo cabina doccia e nella struttura è inoltre presente un angolo lavanderia.
La casa è vicina alla stazione ferroviaria della città che offre collegamenti giornalieri con Bari, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Lecce e molte altre località imperdibili se vuoi conoscere ed esplorare questa magnifica regione. Casa Delle Volte si trova a soli 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Brindisi.
Seguendo le leggi locali, informiamo gli ospiti che verrà richiesto separatamente al vostro arrivo il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno pari a €2,50 per persona per notte, fino ad un massimo di 7 notti a soggiorno. Come previsto dalla normativa vigente agli ospiti sarà richiesta la firma del contratto di locazione turistica.

I had an amazing stay at Fabiola's place! She is an exceptional host—so friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Her restaurant tips and recommendations were incredibly helpful and made my trip even more enjoyable. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Fabiola as a host!
We had a great stay! The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming – very friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout. The place is perfectly located, beautifully furnished, spacious, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
Ik doe veel airbnb, maar dit was toch wel heel indrukwekkend, zeker zijn geld waard, als ik met het cruiseschip daar terug aanmeren, dan boeken we dit zeker terug
Fabulous cosy space
The property is fabulous, quiet, central spacious and very cosy. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher was there was a smell of damp which did get better with the dehumidifier and heating on. I would imagine this wouldn’t be an issue in the warmer months and that had been a lot of rate when we visited.
Very nice interaction with the host - little gifts were left for us. Very helpful and gave good recommendations. Thank you!
Otroligt fint boende i gamla delen av staden. Vi hade ca 200m till shopping gatan och vårt boende var centralt men ändå undangömd. Ger mina bästa rekommendationer
Hôte très sympathique, réactif aux messages. Donne des informations sur les transports en commun et explique en détails pour s'y rendre ou pour acheter des billets. L'appartement est très bien, surpris par la place de l'appart. Les accessoires proposés dans la cuisine sont super bien fonctionnels. Très bonne expérience

Short stay in the heart of Brindisi
Good location, well equipped and spacious appartment
We had a great stay, Fabiola is so nice and responsive. The house is in the heart of the city center, fully equipped and clean.

Exceptional! Highly recommend
Exceptional facilities, location, cleanliness and comfort. A beautiful home with everything you need, including airconditioning, a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, ironing board and even a toolbox! Close to the main shopping road and Eurospin supermarket. Allowed for an early checkin and we felt right at home!
Excellent location right in the middle of Brindisi and within walking distance of all the centre to visit sights and for eating out. Host was a very responsive to all our questions.

Super séjour dans la merveilleuse cité historique de Brindisi
Tout était parfait, l'appartement spacieux dans un cadre fantastique, pierre de taille, décoré avec goût et très bien aménagé. Propreté totale, accueil chaleureux, situation géographique idéale très proche du centre historique et de la mer.
The place is exactly like in the pictures! Calm, quiet, cozy and fully furnished with all equipment needed for both a long or a short stay. The host is extremely helpful and kind and the taralli and local olive oil as a gift were a nice touch! Would recommend it to anyone!
